Order Comment can be added to the order by the customer at the time of checkout for both onepage checkout and checkout with multiple addresses.
Now compatible with IWD one page checkout.
The admin orders grid can display the order comment with full filter and sorting capabilities without overriding the sales order grid block.
This means that it will be compatible with any other module that alters the sales order grid
