This magento extension allow customers to ask question about products to admin directly.This extension will save countless hours spent on customer support answering same questions.All Question and Answers display on the product page.
The module works this way:
1. customers are asking a question about a product to admin directly.
2. Admin can enable/disable extension from admin panel.
3. Admin can change title of link for display on product page.
3. Admin can replied answer from admin panel.
4. the question and answers appears on the website for future propose for other peoples.)
Admin can also Enable/Disable and Managed questions and answer from the admin.
