The abilty of this extension is to set a custom theme and/or package for the mobile and tablet users. The configuration can be found in System > Configuration > Design > Mobile Theme/Tablet Theme.
The php library that was used to determine if a user navigates from a mobile device is https://github.com/serbanghita/Mobile-Detect.
