1. Add an Inquiry Form: Allows customers to ask question about a product directly from the product page.
2. Configuration Setting: Enable/Disable option in System > Configuration > Product Inquiry.
3. Customizable Heading: Admin can change the inquiry form heading and FAQ heading.
