It provides a feature for the 'buyer' to re-sell the product already bought. It has a 'Seller Cart','Checkout' pages just like for a buyer, but in this case you are selling back the product. By going to the (System->Configuration) section , the 'Price-reduction' percentage for the re-sold product can be setup.
You can use the 'Sell' button in product details page to add products to the cart.
The admin panel has a grid to view the seller orders (Seller->Manage Orders), and payment,order status of each can be managed.
