The Reporting Automator extension allows Administrators to schedule Magento reports to be sent to a distribution list of users daily, weekly or monthly.
A lot of business users want their daily, weekly or monthly Magento reports sent to them without having to log into Magento. With this extension, you can easily schedule standard Magento reports (and some custom ones) and have them sent on a periodic basis to the end users.
With this extension you can:
- Select a standard Magento report to be automated
- Enter the report parameters
- Specify the report frequency (daily, weekly and monthly)
- Choose to have the report emailed or sent to an FTP
- Reports can be run as CSV or XML
The Report Automator is also able to send report XML to external systems via an FTP export.
The Report Automator works on multi-store deployments.
