SnapSolv Webchat is a web widget that can be integrated into Magento. This web widget running on web page connects with a customer service agent for live chat. The webwidget is in Angular.js and consists of 2 parts:-
1. Client side HTML/JS code that should be embedded into website html pages. In Magento we add this in web design configuration template.
2. The main java script code that is called from the client side snippet is deployed on the server side.
